Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-Shows

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and have not contacted the salon may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Depending on the length of the delay and our appointment schedule, we may need to adjust the services being provided or reschedule your appointment.

Deposits

A deposit may be required for longer appointments, specialty services, colour corrections, or other services that require a significant amount of time to be reserved.

Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service. Deposits may be forfeited when an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or the client does not attend the appointment.

We know that emergencies and unexpected situations occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. We will always do our best to work with you.
